Old condominium kitchen

New granite/marble counter tops and backsplash top off this new kitchen with bar.

The sink was moved across the room to be centered on the large front facing window. Also notice the arched entrance. A wall was removed to accommodate a 3 seat bar.

Old style poured in place concrete countertop replaced with granite, new cabinets/sink/faucet to accommodate the wheelchair bound owner.

This old existing mother-in-law suite kitchen got a total facelift

The herringbone floor goes well with the cabinets (with crown molding). The Blue Pearl granite counter top is accented by a marble herringbone backsplash.

We started from scratch in this space.

Black and rose granite line the walls of this 8' x 12' shower/laundry. The 6' whirlpool tub features a 24" TV. Double stone sink sit on a floating rosewood vanity.

This standard 5' x 7' bathroom is in a condo with a shared wall

Unfortunately, this is a common condition do to leaky pipes feeding other units

After required repairs to the partition wall a cedar plank ceiling was installed as well as custom flooring. Notice there is no curb at the shower entrance. The elevation of the pebble tile allows for proper drainage.

This 10' x 8' bathroom was terribly dated

This major transformation features cedar plank ceiling, custom corner vanity with double stone sinks, large format tiles topped with marble crown molding, oak storage cabinet, teak fold down shower seat, and 5' bathtub.

These old cast iron tubs usually come out in pieces

Went with same style of shower divider as well as a cedar plank ceiling. The pebble shower floor tiles ensure a slip free surface. We also created a large wall niche with 3 shelves above the toilet.

The owner was very happy with this new bathroom

This large bathroom is made up of the old existing bathroom and the small adjoining bedroom. The new double shower is the entire old bathroom, which required relocating the toilet. The shower features built in seats and wall niches. The 60" vanity has two sinks with plenty of storage space, including a small 3 drawer cabinet next to the toilet. The 60" free standing tub has a TV mounting bracket with power and cable. The large format tiles are boarded by white Carrara marble.

This 7' x 15' view bathroom hadn't been upgraded in years.

The new shower space was created out of an outside adjoining closet

This 20+ year old bath with an existing single shower was upgraded to a double. The old built in whirlpool tub was replaced with a modern self standing one. New tiles and fixtures throughout.
